Grooming time will depend on the size and breed of the dog as well as what kind of haircut they are getting.

Small natural coated dogs: 00:45 – 1:00 hour
Small-medium with haircut: 2:30 – 3:00 hours
Large with haircut: 4:00 – 4:30 hours

Grooming prices also depend on breed and size. Please call us for a price quote for your dog’s breed. Since mixed breeds vary in size and coat, we will have to see the dog in order to give you appropriate pricing.

We do! Only certain groomers do cats, so make sure to call ahead to book an appointment.

You do not need to bring anything but are more than welcome to do so. Feel free to bring your dog’s favorite blankie, toy or treat!

No, your dog does not be to spayed or neutered to attend grooming but please let us know!

All dogs must be bathed before getting a haircut. Dirty or wet hair is hard on our equipment. Brushing a dirty coat can also damage the hair and be hard on the dog. Washing and drying with proper techniques is also a part of the de-shedding and brushing process.  In order to get an even cut, we need to get the hair as straight as possible and this is done during the drying process.

Yes, your dog can stay until closing time without any extra charge. If your dog is here all day we will take it outside for pee breaks.

You should bring your dog to get groomed every 5-7 weeks.

Puppy’s first groom should be as soon as possible after they have received their second round of vaccinations. We suggest that you bring your dog in for a bath the first time. This allows them to become accustomed to the noises, smells, bath and dryer. Getting your dog used to this at an early age will help grooming become a good experience for your dog.

You do not need to bring anything. If you dog eats lunch then you will have to bring their food for us to feed them. If they need medication or any special treatment please give us the instructions.

If your dog is older than 7 months, it must be spayed or neutered – This is for your dogs safety!

Our hours are set. If you are unable to drop off your dog during these times please call us in advance and we can arrange for a pick-up (only in close proximity).

Yes, two walks per day, usually in groups of 4. We also have an enclosed back yard so they have outdoor access all day.

They have free range all day. Daycare is a crate free environment.

Let us know when your first day will be. You will have to fill out an application form and bring a copy of your dog’s up to date vaccination record. You will need to arrive between 8:00AM and 8:30AM, this way you dog will meet the others one by one as they arrive which will be less stressful. During the first day, we will keep a close eye on your dog to make sure they get along well with our pack. This ensures that all our dogs are happy and comfortable with each other! At the end of the day, we will give you a report card of how your dog was, who he played with and we will determine whether they are a good fit.

We offer a pick-up and drop off service for $6 each way. This service is only available to those who are located in our area. Please call us for more information.
